SONOSAX products are widely known for high audio quality and compactness, and have proven their durability for over a decade. Many SX-T series production mixers have found their way into radio and TV trucks. So when the RSR decided to add one more vehicle to their fleet, the choice of a mixer was an easy one.

But what coach builder would be able to supply a truck built to the same high standards of quality and compactness as the equipment it contained, without making the cost skyrocket ? When SONOSAX offered to undertake the entire project, the RSR eagerly accepted.

The vehicle's equipment is based on a 30-channel SX-T mixer and is configured for live broadcasting as well as classical and jazz recording.

Its main features are as follows:

  • Price/performance ratio previously unheard of.
  • Extraordinarily compact and lightweight: built in a standard 5-meter van, weighing under 21/2 tons fully equipped, thus leaving almost 1 ton of spare charge capacity.
  • Standard driving license only required.
  • Ergonomic design allowing  single-handed operation.
